1. Quick start

What is WIXE and who is it for?

WIXE is a link-in-bio and clan-page platform. It is built for creators, teams, gamers, and communities that need a configurable public page with Discord integration and analytics.

What should I do right after registration?

Open dashboard, then configure your profile in profile, add links in social, and connect Discord in account.

What is the difference between Dashboard and public page?

Dashboard is your control panel. The public page is what visitors see when they open your profile URL.

How can I share my profile?

Open your public profile and copy the URL from the browser. Use it in Discord, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.

2. Profile and design

Where can I edit avatar, background, and bio?

Use profile to manage avatar, image/video background, bio, theme colors, and visual options.

Can I format my bio text?

The bio field includes formatting tips for common text styling and structure.

How do I use the profile layout with buttons?

Open profile and set Profile Layout to Button Showcase. After saving, the Button Showcase section appears in your profile settings.

You can add up to 6 buttons there: enter button text, a link, and optionally upload an image. Existing buttons can be edited, moved up/down, or deleted. Use Settings to change the shared button color and opacity.

What does Premium unlock for profile design?

Premium unlocks additional options, including custom font upload and selected premium nick effects. Core design settings are available to all users.

Can I keep two profiles under one account?

WIXE supports a main and a secondary profile, useful for separating personal and team/gaming identity.

3. Socials and links

How do I add social links?

Go to social and add the platforms you need. Each link can be configured and toggled separately.

Can I reorder social links?

Reordering is available in social. After saving, your public page reflects the new order.

Are custom link icons supported?

Custom icons and color styling are supported where enabled in profile settings.

Why is my link not opening for visitors?

Check the URL format (use full URLs like https://...) and make sure the link is enabled and not removed in social.

4. Discord integration

How do I connect my Discord account?

Open account and start Discord connection flow. After authorization, supported Discord data can be shown on your page. Important: without joining our Discord server, the connection will not work. Join via discord.com/invite/4fQdTRSMxd.

What Discord info is displayed?

Depending on available data: avatar, display name, tag, selected public badges, and profile decoration elements.

How do I configure a Discord server tile?

Provide a valid invite URL in profile/clan settings. Supported formats: discord.gg/... and discord.com/invite/....

Discord tile is outdated. What should I do?

Use Discord refresh in account, then verify the invite URL and account permissions.

5. Clans

Where do I create and manage a clan?

Use clan for creation and settings. Browse clans in clans discover.

What does a private clan mean?

A private clan restricts joining/interaction according to clan rules (for example invite-based access).

Can clan visuals be configured independently?

Clan page has separate visual settings and content from your personal profile.

How do I attach a clan Discord server?

Add a valid invite URL in clan settings. A server preview card appears when data is available.

6. Badges

Where can I manage profile badges?

Go to badges to manage visibility and custom badge content.

Official vs custom badges: what is the difference?

Official badges are system-issued. Custom badges are user-managed and depend on available custom badge slots.

How can I buy more custom badge slots?

In badges, start slot purchase and choose a payment channel (Crypto / EU / RU) before invoice creation.

Can I change badge order?

Badge order can be updated in badges and is reflected on your public page after save.

7. Image Host

Where do I open Image Host?

Open Image Host in dashboard. You can upload JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF files; drag files onto the page or paste an image with Ctrl+V.

Why is my upload not public right away?

The first upload creates a draft post. Add the images you need, check the title, then click Publish. After that, you get a public link to share.

How do I add more images to an existing post?

Open the post from your Image Host list and upload more files on that page. They are added to the same post instead of creating a new one.

What does Anonymous do?

It hides the author on the public post page. In dashboard, the post still belongs to your account.

8. Analytics, leaderboard, interactions

What metrics are available in Dashboard Analytics?

Profile views, link clicks, CTR, active links, traffic sources, countries, devices, and time-based charting.

How does date filtering work?

Select a date range in dashboard home. Charts and lists are recalculated for the selected period.

How does the leaderboard work?

Open leaderboard and switch metrics (views/likes) and periods (all-time/month/week).

Are likes and comments available on profile pages?

Public profiles support reactions and comments. Profile owners can moderate comments.

9. Premium and payments

What does Premium include?

Premium unlocks additional account-level and visual capabilities, including selected advanced customization options.

How does Premium purchase flow work?

On pricing, you first choose payment channel (Crypto / EU / RU), then the system creates and opens an invoice.

What payment channels are available?

Current channels: CryptoCloud (crypto), Fride (EU), Lava (RU). Availability may depend on provider status.

What if invoice creation or confirmation fails?

Retry after a short delay and optionally switch the provider. If issue persists, contact support with step details and timestamps.

10. Support, safety, policies

Where can I contact support?

Use support and Discord support channels. Include clear reproduction steps and expected vs actual behavior.

Where are legal docs and platform policies?
How can I improve account security?

Use a strong unique password, never share account access, and periodically verify connected integrations (including Discord). Also enable two-factor authentication in account and store your backup codes in a safe place.

How do I request account/data deletion?

Send a request via support with your account email and request type. The team will provide required steps and processing timeline.
