• You may not transfer your account to third parties without platform approval.

3. User Content

You retain rights to your content (avatars, text, links, and other materials), but grant WIXE a limited license to host, process, and display such content for service operation.

You represent that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Infringing copyright, trademarks, or other third-party rights.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, or service infrastructure.
• Using automation to abuse features or bypass platform limits.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts in case of violations, abuse, or security risk.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the platform and its users.

6. Premium and Paid Features

Paid features (including Premium) are provided under pricing terms published on the Pricing page. Before full payment integration is launched, some operations may be handled manually.

Pricing, feature scope, and paid terms may be updated with public notice on the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WIXE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or outcomes of user actions on third-party resources.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on this page unless otherwise specified.

Additional Content and Safety Restrictions

• You may not post or distribute sexually explicit content, any sexualized content involving minors, or material promoting exploitation or sexual abuse.
• Content that promotes extreme violence, cruelty, threats, harm, or other unlawful activity is prohibited.
• Do not bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, or access control, and do not probe vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
• Impersonating users, brands, organizations, or WIXE representatives, or misrepresenting affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship, is not allowed.
