• The exact URL of allegedly infringing content on WIXE.
• A clear description of the claimed infringement.
• A good-faith and accuracy statement for your submission.

3. Review Process

• We register and review the notice for completeness.
• We may request additional information where required.
• If infringement appears substantiated, we may remove or disable access to the content.
• In some cases, we may notify the uploader about the complaint.

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting materials. We will review it and decide based on the available evidence.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate copyright may face feature restrictions, suspension, or termination.
