Support

Support works via the Discord report channel. Each request creates a private ticket channel with moderators.

How to contact support

Open our Discord server.
Go to the #support channel with the ticket button.
Click Create Ticket. The bot will create your private ticket channel.
Describe the issue in one message: what happened, your UID, and what you already tried.

What speeds up the response

Screenshots of the error or page.
Exact time of the issue and what you did before it.
Profile/clan link if the issue is related.

After resolution, a moderator will close the ticket. If needed, it can be reopened.
